How it works
The 90-minute call is the smallest part of this. Most of the work happens before and after it.
01 — Book and share your challenge
Pick a time, pay as you book. The booking form doubles as your intake: your challenge and goal. After you book in, I’ll send you a list of data and insights that would be helpful to have before the session.
02 — I do my homework
I review everything properly before we speak, so we skip the "so, tell me about your app" hour entirely.
03 — The 90-minute working session
We find the underlying cause of your challenge (it's rarely the thing you think it is), work through solutions, and prioritise. Feel free to bring others from your team.
04 — Your plan lands
Within two working days, you get: a priority list (what to do, in what order, and why), the notes, a recording (if desired), and the templates/resources that fit your situation.
