      Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly we can access data and schedule team interviews. If you move fast, we can sometimes complete it sooner.

      The Growth Audit itself is strategic and diagnostic - you’ll receive a clear roadmap of priorities and recommendations to be able to start executing it yourself. If you want hands-on help with implementation, we can discuss that as a follow-on project.

      No one can guarantee results. What I do guarantee is clarity: you’ll walk away knowing exactly where to focus and how to structure your growth efforts. That alone saves months of guesswork and wasted budget.

      If you’re not ready for a full Growth Audit, I also offer one-offstrategy sessions. But the audit is the most comprehensive and impactful way to get clarity on your growth levers.
