Clarity for confident growth
Every brand hits a point where the old playbook stops working. Growth feels harder, the wins less obvious or maybe you feel growth could go even faster. That’s where a Growth Audit comes in.
I dive into your data, your team, and your customer journey to uncover what’s really driving growth, and what’s holding you back. The result? A clear, actionable roadmap for the next six months (and beyond), so you know exactly where to focus.

How it works
We’ll walk through 6 steps together to get to the core of your growth audits and identify your opportunities.
-
I’ll request access to your key tools (Shopify, RevenueCat, GA4, Klaviyo, ads platforms, etc.). As well as a share a list of additional data and insights that would be helpful to review.
-
Individual conversations to understand perspectives, challenges, and alignment.
-
Analysing 30–80 areas (depending on size) across acquisition, retention, monetisation, activation, and team setup. You’ll get a clear traffic light score of each area (red, orange, green).
-
Scoring, insights, and a clear roadmap of where to focus as well as a breakdown of action points per area.
-
We meet to go through the findings, discuss next steps, and refine if needed.
-
Based on the session I’ll update the roadmap with additional recommentations and action points to set you up for success.

Why work with me
I’ve worked with 200+ brands over the past decade, from scrappy startups to multi-million-pound scale-ups. I was Head of Growth at Heights as they grew from £28K to £343K MRR, and I’ve helped other DTC brands 10x revenue in under a year.
My approach is simple:
Genuine – I’ll always be honest about what’s working and what’s not.
Direct – I won’t beat around the bush.
Practical – I know the strategy and the execution, so recommendations are realistic.
Critical cheerleader – I’ll push you where needed, but always with your best interests in mind.
I also collaborate with Rachel Pryde, a senior growth strategist with 10+ years in paid media, analytics, CRM, and website optimisation. Together, we bring different strengths to the table so you get sharper insights, faster.
FAQs
-
Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly we can access data and schedule team interviews. If you move fast, we can sometimes complete it sooner.
-
The Growth Audit itself is strategic and diagnostic - you’ll receive a clear roadmap of priorities and recommendations to be able to start executing it yourself.
If you want hands-on help with implementation, we can discuss that as a follow-on project.
-
No one can guarantee results. What I do guarantee is clarity: you’ll walk away knowing exactly where to focus and how to structure your growth efforts. That alone saves months of guesswork and wasted budget.
-
If you’re not ready for a full Growth Audit, I also offer one-offstrategy sessions.
But the audit is the most comprehensive and impactful way to get clarity on your growth levers.
-
Anyone directly involved in growth - marketing, product, ops, customer service, sometimes even finance. I run individual interviews to get honest perspectives, which often highlight alignment gaps as much as growth opportunities.
-
Access to your main tools, some background information / data (usually takes 2-3 hours) and some of your team’s time for interviews. The rest is on me.
-
That’s normal! Most brands’ data has gaps. I’ll flag what’s missing, work with what’s there (and look at multiple sources where possible), and guide you on improving tracking and measurement going forward.
